Silken Hana takes its name from the fusion of silken — the softness of silk — and hana, the Japanese word for flower,and it's a homage to the refined beauty of Japanese ceramic art.

Its glossy surface adorned in delicate golden floral patterns takes inspiration from Hanakotoba — the Japanese language of flowers — where every bloom carries a symbolic meaning and conveys a hidden message.

Crafted entirely from wax (except for the butterfly detail in Concept no. 2), Silken Hana is the result of a meticulous six-step process. Between each phase, the candle requires specific setting times, making the production slow and highly detailed. For this reason, this candle is produced in very small batches with a limited availability — making it a truly exclusive piece.

Silken Hana deve il suo nome all’unione di silken — dall’inglese silk, seta — e hana, parola giapponese che significa fiore, ed è un omaggio all’elegante arte ceramica giapponese.

La superficie lucida decorata da motivi floreali dorati trae ispirazione dall’Hanakotoba — il linguaggio giapponese dei fiori — in cui ogni fiore racchiude un significato nascosto e porta con sé un messaggio segreto.

Realizzata interamente in cera (ad eccezione del dettaglio della farfalla nel Concept no. 2), Silken Hana è il risultato di un processo artigianale meticoloso strutturato su sei fasi. Tra una fase e l’altra, la candela richiede tempi di assestamento specifici, rendendo la produzione lenta e minuziosa. Per questo motivo, viene realizzata in edizione limitata, rendendola un pezzo esclusivo.

— La candela è lasciata senza fragranza per scelta — per preservare al meglio la superficie lucida ed evitare qualsiasi interferenza a livello visivo.
