SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to all countries within Europe, including the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping — but expanding globally is part of our future plans.
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:

Italy: €8.00, with free shipping on orders over €70

Europe: €16.00

United Kingdom: €18.50 *
*Please note: Shipping to the UK is subject to higher costs due to post-Brexit customs regulations. We’ve adjusted our rates accordingly while doing our best to keep them fair and transparent.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and overall order volume. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These delivery estimates are based on standard timelines provided by our courier partners. While we strive to ensure that every order arrives on time, please note that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control — such as high seasonal volumes, local disruptions, or customs processing.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. However, we are always available to support you in tracking your order and will do our best to assist in case of unexpected issues.
We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link, which will be sent via email as soon as your order is dispatched. This link will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your delivery’s progress.
RETURNS POLICY
We truly hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@lsdesigncandles.store with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll review your case and get back to you with further instructions. Please note that returns that have not been pre-approved via email will not be accepted.
In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

The original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Any complimentary gifts included in the order must also be returned in the same condition
*Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as for providing adequate packaging to ensure the product arrives safely and undamaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return and confirm that all conditions have been met, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
After we’ve issued the refund, it will take several days for the amount to appear in your account. This delay is due to standard processing times required by credit card networks. Depending on your card issuer and the payment provider, refunds typically take between 5 and 15 business days to be completed.
Please note that, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in shape and color are to be expected and are not considered valid reasons for return. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece truly unique.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
Some destinations outside the EU — such as the United Kingdom — may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are entirely beyond our control.
Such fees are the customer’s responsibility to cover and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
Please note: we will not accept refund requests in cases where the recipient refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned or undeliverable. We kindly ask that you check with your country’s customs office before placing your order to avoid any surprises.
