By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete and that You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

All Products listed on this Website are subject to availability. While We strive to ensure the accuracy of Product images and descriptions, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of Our items.

All prices on Our Site are listed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are flat rates based on the destination country and are not included in the Product price unless otherwise specified.

We accept payments via the secure payment methods provided at checkout. Ls Design Candles reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on standard courier service timelines. While We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. We recommend monitoring your tracking link for real-time updates once Your order is dispatched.

For destinations outside of Italy, such as the United Kingdom, additional customs procedures may apply, which could impact delivery timeframes.

6. Customs and import duties

Some international orders (such as those shipped to the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by Your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

We do not accept refund requests in the event that the Customer refuses to pay these fees.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Please see Our Returns policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the request is submitted in advance and approved. Returned Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include any complimentary items received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

After we receive Your return and confirm that all conditions have been met, we will process Your refund using the same payment method used during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once Your refund has been issued.

Please note that refunds may take between 5 to 15 business days to appear in Your account, depending on Your bank and card provider.

11. Product use and safety guidelines

Our Products are handcrafted using high-quality materials and undergo quality control before shipment. 

Each Product comes with care instructions and safety guidelines. By purchasing from Us, You agree to follow these precautions and assume responsibility for proper use. These include, but are not limited to: never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping candles away from children and pets, and placing the candle on a safe and heat-resistant surface.

Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage or injury, for which Ls Design Candles cannot be held liable. We are not responsible for misuse of the Product or damages resulting from failure to follow recommended safety practices.
