By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete and that You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

All Products listed on this Website are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of Product images and descriptions, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our Products.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices on our Site are listed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are flat rates based on the destination country and are not included in the Product price unless otherwise specified.

We accept payments via the secure payment methods provided at checkout. LS Design Candles reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates based on standard courier service timelines. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. We recommend monitoring your tracking link for real-time updates once Your order is dispatched.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the request is submitted in advance and approved. Returned Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include any complimentary items received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

After we receive your return and confirm that all conditions have been met, we will process your refund using the same payment method used during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.

Please note that refunds may take between 5 to 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and card provider.

10. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

Our Products are handcrafted using high-quality materials and undergo quality control before shipment. 

Each Product comes with care instructions and safety guidelines. By purchasing from us, you agree to follow these precautions and assume responsibility for proper use. These include, but are not limited to: never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping candles away from children and pets, and placing the candle on a safe and heat-resistant surface.

Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage or injury, for which LS Design Candles cannot be held liable. We are not responsible for misuse of the Product or damages resulting from failure to follow recommended safety practices.

4. PREZZI E PAGAMENTI

Tutti i prezzi presenti sul Sito sono indicati in Euro (€). Le spese di spedizione sono tariffe fisse calcolate in base al Paese di destinazione e non sono incluse nel prezzo del Prodotto, salvo diversa indicazione. Accettiamo pagamenti tramite i metodi sicuri disponibili al momento del checkout. LS Design Candles si riserva il diritto di aggiornare i prezzi in qualsiasi momento, senza preavviso.

5. SPEDIZIONE E CONSEGNA

I tempi di consegna sono basati sulle tempistiche standard dei nostri corrieri. Pur facendo il possibile per garantire spedizioni puntuali, non siamo responsabili per eventuali ritardi causati dal corriere. Ti consigliamo sempre di monitorare il tuo link di tracciamento per aggiornamenti in tempo reale una volta che l'ordine è stato spedito.

6. DIRITTO DI RECESSO (RESI)

Accettiamo resi entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna, a condizione che la richiesta venga inviata e approvata prima.

I Prodotti restituiti dovranno essere inutilizzati, nelle medesime condizioni in cui sono stati ricevuti, completi della confezione originale integra e di eventuali omaggi inclusi nell'ordine.

Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del Cliente. I resi non autorizzati non verranno accettati. Una volta ricevuto il reso e verificato che siano rispettate tutte le condizioni, provvederemo al rimborso utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento scelto al momento dell'acquisto.  I tempi di rimborso possono variare da 5 a 15 giorni lavorativi, a seconda dell'istituto bancario o del circuito della carta.
